Since we opened our doors, RCJ Special Bibingka in Balasan has become an integral part of the local community. We started RCJ Special Bibingka in Balasan in 1980 after realizing it wasn’t always easy to source the local food and one of the best product here in Balasan, Iloilo.
We’ve worked hard to build strong relationships with our incredible vendors, which helps us to keep our costs down, and we do all we can to pass those savings on to you. Come and explore our busy Food Store today and discover the true meaning of delicious.

Owner
Mrs. Regina Jaro Arnesto is the owner of RCJ Special Bibingka since 2013 to present. She's the daughter of her late parents, Mr. Reginald A. Jaro & Mrs. Florenda C. Jaro.
Armando C. Arnesto
Head Cook
Mrs. Regina's husband. Mr. Armando C. Arnesto is our head cook. He is the one who build the improvised oven we called it "pugon".
